Moab Threads knew the brand needed a refresh. But their target audience was ‘everyone,’ their eBay channel had failed, the budget was tight, and every new asset required pulling the designer back in. There was no system. Just a cycle of dependency.

Key Insight
Before opening any tool, 9raphics ran a questionnaire and pulled the existing Facebook data. The audience was 15 to 35, vintage-leaning, and hyper-local. Their own posts were already telling the story. The brand just had not been designed to match it yet.
The ceiling was also visible early. Capped by location with no clear path to broader reach, the smarter move was not to push for something bigger but to build something sustainable. Scope was reframed accordingly.
What I did
Rebuilt the brand from the ground up. The original logo had a needle threading visual that felt outdated and did not match the energy of what they were selling. The new direction was clean and vintage without losing what made the store feel local and real.

Built an AI system where they could photograph a garment and automatically place it on a model. No photographer needed. No designer required every time a post went out. Documented the whole system clearly enough that a junior designer they hired could run it on their own.
AI Layer
Automated product mockups and social media assets using AI. Built a workflow that turned a phone photo of a secondhand garment into a professional looking post without any design software. Then documented it so the system could be handed off and kept running without me.
Outcome
- Client became fully self-sufficient after handoff
- A junior designer onboarded using only the documentation 9raphics left behind

- The system kept running long after the engagement ended
