Kenvue — Executive Leadership Map
Making complex information navigable.
Not just visual.
Challenge: Kenvue had the information. What they lacked was a way to present it to executive leadership without overwhelming the room. The data existed. A system for navigating it did not.
The information already existed.
The challenge was making it understandable.
Tools

The problem was not the data.
Nobody could navigate it.
Key Insight
The problem wasn’t missing content.
It was missing structure.
Instead of redesigning the information, I reorganized it into a visual system that allowed people to understand relationships, priorities, and decisions at a glance.
What I did
Working closely with stakeholders, I mapped existing content, simplified communication pathways, and designed an illustration system that could support both executive presentations and internal documentation.
The final visual wasn’t simply an infographic, it became a communication framework that could evolve alongside the organization.
Final Visual Map
- Leadership could see the full organizational picture for the first time
- The gear metaphor gave executives a shared mental model of how the company operated
- The final deliverable required no designer in the room to explain it
